Art and Crafts for Kids is a workshop that aims to help children aged 4 to 7 years old to discover everyday materials around their surroundings to be part of their next craft or artwork.

Each session focuses on an artist or a design genre where the instructor helps them to recreate their own interpretation from samples shown to them. Feedback to children on their work and during the session will be a key factor in ensuring that the students are properly guided in the lessons.


Schedule: November 14 - December 19 | Saturday | 10:00 - 10:45am (45 minutes per session) 


Course Structure: The workshop will be done via distance learning through applications like Zoom and Google classroom. It is advised that parental/adult supervision is provided to support the learning needs of students.


Session 1: Piet Mondrian – Primary Colors, Black and White 

Session 2: George Seurat – Pointillism 

Session 3: Paper Mache 

Session 4: Henri Matisse – Patterns 

Session 5: Wassily Kandinsky - Circles

Session 6: Andy Warhol – Pop Art and Flower Screen Print

Certificate of Attendance will be given to each student who has successfully completed the program.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable. Please be informed that once the Workshop has started payment for the program will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Name Registration. In order to properly enroll to the Workshop the name to be registered should be the name of the student.

Lego Blocks (red, blue, white, yellow and black, if any), Drawing Paper, Crayons (red, blue, white, yellow and black), Plastic cover, Acrylic Paint (red, yellow and blue), Electrical tape


Session 2: 

George Seurat – Pointillism 

Watercolor set, Q tips, Drawing paper


Session 3: 

Paper Mache

Newspaper, Glue, Water, Bowl, Balloon, Flour

Session 4: 

Henri Matisse – Patterns

Scissors, Colored paper, Cartolina, Glue

Session 5: 

Wassily Kandinsky - Circles

Scissors, Colored paper, Cartolina, Glue, Drawing paper, Paint and Paintbrushes

Session 6:

Andy Warhol – Pop Art and Flower Screen Print

Printable, Crayons, Markers, Acrylic paint, Brushes


NOTE: In this course, the role of parents and/or a supervising adult is critical as supervision to set-up materials and other needs is necessary. Please provide an area free of distractions with access to internet. The space should have an area for working as well as drying to lay-out materials. Kindly bear in mind that since this is an art class, the area will get messy.
