This course explains how to build a highly profitable e-commerce business that is profitable and scalable. It covers the fundamentals of setting up your e-commerce business-- how to find niche ideas, where to find great products, how to get these products onto your site and how to set up product shipping

 

Session 1 : E-Commerce Landscape, Retail Supply Chain and Distribution Models : Things to Consider

Session 2 : Research and Reach your Target Market + Brand Building

Session 3 : Spotting Global and Domestic Trends, Strategies and Shipping niche products to supply specific demands per regions 

Session 4 : Setting up and customizing logistics your site (Analytics, pricing, customer experience, terms of service, privacy policy, FAQ and a return policy) 

Session 5 : Getting more traffic into your site, streamlining processes, peak seasons & sustainability

Course Structure:

Synchronous sessions will be done via distance learning through applications like Zoom and Google classroom. For every session, a practical assignment will be given to participants to apply a particular fashion styling principle and they will be asked to present the homework in time for the following session for critique and discussion.

Feedback to students will be a key factor in ensuring that the students are properly guided in the lessons. Critique session is an opportunity for the student to raise any concerns or challenges that he/she faced while developing his/her own personal fashion style.

Certificate of Attendance will be given to each student who has successfully completed the program.
