
Model Making course will help students learn to build a model of a simple interior space using basic techniques and tools, shaping ideas into 3D forms. The course is designed to help all those wishing to learn more about making scale set models, from Architects, interior designers, stop-motion animators, artists or those pursuing a hobby.
For S.Y. 2020-2021, this program will be delivered through the SoFA C.R.E.A.T.E. (Collaborative Remote Experience through Art and Transformative Education) Program.

Outcomes:
The course provide the basic knowledge to:
- Methods of constructing in sheet materials (whether card, wood, or plastic), shaping or modelling soft materials to achieve difficult forms (using modelling clays or soft foams)
- Achieving realistic textures (using fillers or ready-made coverings) and finally methods of painting.
- Cover certain specialized methods (such as molding making/casting, scale figure-making or soldering metals)
