Speaker: Lissy Ann Puno, Counselling Psychologist

A Singapore based Filipina, Lissy Ann Puno is a Counselling Psychologist and a co-founder of the International Counselling & Psychology Centre promoting mental health and wellbeing. Her extensive experience with children, teens, couples and families, has covered the United States, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and now in Singapore. In the past 18 months, she has been offering a Care and Wellness Series in the time of Covid 19 covering relevant topics on stress, anxiety, and resilience to cope with the experience of the ongoing pandemic.

She completed her masters degree in Counselling Psychology at the Lesley University in Cambridge Massachusetts and a clinical fellowship at Harvard University.

She is the author of the books "Affairs Don't Just Happen: Protect, Repair, Recover", "Stay Connected" and "Couple Goals" to enhance relationships and marriages. She is also the workshop presenter for the "Getting The Love You Want" for couples and Connected Parents, Thriving Kids" for parents, teachers and other child caretakers. She is a sought after speaker for various topics of interest as a member of the Keynote Women's Speaker Asia.
