YOUNG INNOVATORS: MY FAVORITE THINGS, is a design boot camp for kids ages 4-8 years old that explore the use of innovative and creative thinking in solving everyday, real world problems. This course shall introduce young creatives to the SoFA Method, a unique approach to design thinking that encourages an exploration of self by using the students’ personal stories to produce a design concept, and in turn, developing it into a design innovation.

The students will be presented with a design challenge each session and encouraged to come up with their own prototypes using available or recycled materials found around the home. A culminating activity shall take place at the last session for students to present their works to their parents/guardians/friends and some guest teachers.
